Shipping, Delivery and refunds

Shop Local SA acts as a facilitator between local SA businesses and consumers. Each business manages and fulfills its own product orders. Shop Local SA has no part in the management of, and actual delivery of the products. Please contact each vendor directly with any enquiries relating to their business, products, warranties, disputes, shipping and refunds.

How long until I receive my order?

Each vendor will aim to ship and deliver products as soon as possible and will aim for no more than 48 hours after your order has been processed. Shipping and delivery times are set by the individual vendor. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the method of delivery chosen.
When your item has been posted, your vendor should update the shipping status of the order and you will receive an email telling you it is on its way.
Currently due to COVID-19 restrictions, Australia Post is taking longer than usual to deliver parcels. Please contact the vendor(s) directly if you have any further enquiries about shipping times for your orders.

I have not received my order

If you have not received your item after 11-14 days of posting, please contact the vendor.

Refunds

In the are event of a business not delivering the goods, we recommend that you contact the vendor directly and request a refund.
Refunds must be made by the original Customer.
The vendor is solely responsible for refunding you of purchases in accordance with our Terms, all applicable laws and any other lawful terms and conditions of sale notified to you by the vendor during the purchase process. We are not responsible or liable for any refunds, errors in using refunds or lack of refunds by the vendor.
