WHO ARE WE:
Australian Elements Tours and Charters is a small family owned company, owned by David and Julie Moss.
David has been involved in tourism in Australia for over 17 years having previously worked as a guide and then within Operations Management with national and international tour companies.
After redundancy in the last tourism downturn, David set up Ops Assist Australia Pty Ltd in response to calls for support from a variety of tour companies needing operational assistance in SA. Australian Elements Tours and Charters came about after those requests for support started to include helping people see our beloved SA.
With such a diverse travel background behind David (including independent travel trips to Everest Base Camp), passion for SA brought David home... and showing people ‘home’ is what he enjoys the most.

Arrosto Coffee
Arrosto Coffee is located in the Old Renmark Fire Station, now transformed into a vibrant café and roastery by locals Callum and Lauren Benda
Taking ownership of the fire station (decommissioned in the late 1990's) from the South Australian Government in the early 2000’s, Callum and Lauren set about making it into a unique home. Callum, who is a carpenter by trade, made short work of what most would find a daunting task, and decided not to stop there. With a real love of coffee Callum and Lauren soon tired of the supermarket bought variety, so they decide to have a go themselves.
Callum and Lauren installed 2 coffee roasters producing multi-award winning blends and single origins at both national and international level. Branching out into different flavours they produced a Cold Drip Concentrate for use in anything from iced coffees to Espresso Martinis - The Concentrate has proved so popular the guys can barely keep up with demand! Acacia Arts Studio
Acacia Arts Studio has opened in Gilbert Street, Adelaide. After residing in Hutt Street for many years we have reassembled as a working craft studio open to the public at various times and by appointment to pickup online orders or browse the treasures available.
We continue to focus on locally designed costume jewellery, beautiful handmade sterling silver jewellery and gemstones necklaces. Also vintage jewellery and collectables, with rethreading and repairs available. A few quirky books and 20th century first editions are at the Studio.
The beautiful World Fair Trade KAZURI jewellery is available here online and in the Studio. Made in Kenya from clay, each bead is hand rolled and carefully shaped, smoothed and fired. Then artistically hand painted and fired again. These bright and beautiful glazed beads are then threaded to create necklaces, bracelets and earrings.
