If you need to return an item please contact us via email with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Incomplete or incorrect information may delay or cause your return to be rejected. All returned goods must be complete in original packaging as new. We will respond to your email with instructions on how to return items from your order.

Orders will be dispatched within one business day providing all items are in stock. Orders will be
delivered via Australia post regular or express post satchel. Final shipping charges will be displayed
during your checkout process based on the shipping method, product type, weight and location chosen by you.
Upon parcel dispatch you will receive a tracking number, so you can see when to expect delivery of your parcel.

Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issuance. Cost of shipping is not included. Gift
