RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our customers are important to us, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, however, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped you from buying the item if you had known about it
  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the sample or description
  • does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for and cannot be easily fixed.

All products returned must be complete, in original packaging and as new. The customer must retain proof of purchase and proof of delivery for returned products. Incomplete or incorrect information may delay or cause your return to be rejected.

If you need to return an item, please contact us via email with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.

 

SHIPPING

Orders will be dispatched within one business day providing all items are in stock. Orders will be delivered via Australia post regular or express post satchel. Final shipping charges will be displayed during your checkout process based on the shipping method, product type, weight and location chosen by you.

Upon parcel dispatch you will receive a tracking number, so you can see when to expect delivery of your parcel.

 

GIFT CARDS

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issuance. Cost of shipping is not included. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. They may not be sold or transferred and cannot be redeemed to purchase gift cards. The terms and conditions of this gift card may be amended at any time at the discretion of DINKO TUNA and shall be binding on the customer. No replacement for lost or stolen gift vouchers.
