Robern Menz has 150 years of tradition and is a family business spanning over four generations. Led today by brothers Phil Sims and Richard Sims, Robern Menz is the parent company to its two famous brand ranges Robern and Menz.
Today Robern Menz employs over 100 staff. With three retail outlets in South Australia – Glynde, Hahndorf and McLaren Vale, and distribution throughout all major retailers, Robern Menz is the largest manufacturer of Choc Honeycomb in Australia and produces such products as the iconic Menz FruChocs and Crown Mints. Additionally, Robern Menz is the now proud owner of Australia's Violet Crumble, which is ranged nationally and exported all over the globe!
Our modern export accredited food production facilities and high tech equipment enables Robern Menz to process some of the most appetising products on the Australian and international markets today.
Returns Policy
If, in the unlikely event, the products you receive are not in a merchantable condition, please contact us immediately on (08) 8368 7733 or email [email protected] and we will forward you instructions on where to return the product. Once received, we will assess the product and if found to be faulty, we will send you a replacement product and refund the cost of freight. Please note: we do our best to ensure that goods are shipped in excellent condition and cannot accept responsibility for environmental conditions encountered once a product has left our premises.

Delivery
Due to the nature of our products, climatic and third party delivery conditions can impact on the condition of your order once it leaves our factory. Whilst we will take precautions to ensure your order arrives in the condition it has left our factory, please be aware that we take no responsibility for its arrival condition. Precautions we do take are as follows: - Please allow 10 days for delivery of goods. - In cases of extreme heat, delivery may be delayed at our discretion to ensure products are delivered in the best possible condition. - During summer cooling and insulating products will be used to help maintain optimal temperature conditions. - For orders over 5kg, a representative will contact you regarding delivery costs. INTERNATIONAL: New Zealand, North America and the United Kingdom are our only delivery points.

All prices in the shopping areas are in Australian dollars (AU$) and include GST (10% sales tax). All prices are correct at time of publication; however, we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
