Just a 30-minute drive from the bustling Adelaide CBD, our farm captures the beautiful scenery of South Australia’s rural surroundings in the background of our Lavender fields bring a sense of Provence to the Adelaide Hills. With 4 different varieties of Lavender oil producing plants grown on our property, we’ve developed a range of Luxurious and Aromatic products from organic, naturally grown ingredients. We adhere to sustainable farming practices, ensuring that our Lavender is grown and harvested with utmost care and respect for the environment. From field to final product, we maintain rigorous quality standards, ensuring that each Lavé Essentials product delivers the purest essence of Lavender to your hands. Return & Refund Policy
We take pride in the quality of our products and your purchase satisfaction is important to us. If any products are damaged or incorrectly supplied then please notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods purchased. We reserve the right to refuse claims made outside of this time frame.
We do not accept returns or refunds if you change your mind or feel that the product does not suit your skin type. While we cannot cater to every individual skin, we aim to formulate products that are suitable for most skin types.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you wish to return or exchange a product, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We can only exchange products that are unopened and in original packaging. Contact us at [email protected] outlining the issue and if your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please send the item by registered post for tracking purposes and retain proof of shipping as evidence of the date of shipment.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once the issue is confirmed you will be refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Free delivery Australia Wide on orders over $100
Orders placed online will be dispatched within 1 business days and delivered within 3-6 business days across Australia and between 3-14 business days for international orders. You will receive an email notification via Starshipit when your products are dispatched and delivered. Express shipping is also available for an additional fee at checkout.

- Hahndorf Lavender delivers nationwide across Australia via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are based on historical Australia Post historical data and sometimes can be delayed which is unavoidable.
- Our international courier partner is Australia Post. Target delivery days quoted are in business days and exclude local public holidays. Target delivery days are measured from the time the shipment arrive into the Adelaide Distribution Centre. Target delivery days quoted are estimates based on historical performance and are subject to changes without prior notice. Any delay at the destination countries is beyond the control of Australia Post eCommerce Solutions. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your shipment is dutiable or held at customs may take longer.
About delivery options for Australia Post
Australia Post has three delivery options:
- Authority to Leave (Safe Drop): A signature and name will still be captured when your customer is at home. If they are not at home, the parcel will be left in a safe place if one is available, or a notification card left, and the parcel taken to a nearby Post Office if no safe place is available.
- Authority to Leave (Safe Drop) can be requested by receiver: A signature and name will be captured when your customer is at home. If they are not at home, the parcel will only be left in a safe place if your customer has requested this during the delivery process (through MyPost or through an invitation if they receive email tracking notifications). In all other cases, a notification card will be left, and the parcel taken to a nearby Post Office.
- Signature Required (card if not home): A signature and name will always be captured, and the parcel will be taken to a nearby Post Office if your customer is not at home to sign for the parcel.
