The Beauty spot is a modern Beauty & spa salon offering traditional holistic and the latest treatments for both skin & body care.
We are also proud stockists of Australian owned Ultraceuticals, Dr spiller skin care.
The Beauty Spot was established in the early 1990’s by the then owner Trish McAuliffe which was the first Beauty Salon to open in Renmark. Trish quickly established herself as a makeup artist with Italo Vadaro and the salon grew which lead me to join her in 1995.
The salon then moved to Ral Ral Avenue where Michele soon after purchased the business in 2014 before renaming to Beauty Spot Skin & Body Clinic.
Our dream was to always create a private and relaxing space that feels like a sanctuary for all clients that visit the clinic. We hope to offer an experience that is somewhere a little special to recharge and switch off from the day to day, even if it is for an eyebrow wax.
Michele always remembers a lovely lady calling into the salon and asking if she could just sit for a while. She didn’t ask for anything she just needed time for herself for a few minutes. This is a reflection of salon we have created. A space to stop and take the time.
The Body Spot Skin & Body Clinic prides itself on offering a space of true tranquillity for all who have visited over the past 32 years and who will visit over the years to come.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our customers are important to us, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, however, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped you from buying the item if you had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for and cannot be easily fixed.
All products returned must be complete, in original packaging and as new. The customer must retain proof of purchase and proof of delivery for returned products. Incomplete or incorrect information may delay or cause your return to be rejected. If you need to return an item, please contact us via email with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
SHIPPING
Orders will be dispatched within one business day providing all items are in stock. Orders will be delivered via Australia post regular or express post satchel. Final shipping charges will be displayed during your checkout process based on the shipping method, product type, weight and location chosen by you. Upon parcel dispatch you will receive a tracking number, so you can see when to expect delivery of your parcel.
GIFT CARDS
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issuance. Cost of shipping is not included. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. They may not be sold or transferred and cannot be redeemed to purchase gift cards. The terms and conditions of this gift card may be amended at any time at the discretion of Beauty Spot Skin & Body Clinic and shall be binding on the customer. No replacement for lost or stolen gift vouchers.
