Shipping
Orders will be dispatched within one business day providing all items are in stock. Orders will be delivered via Australia post regular or express post satchel. Final shipping charges will be displayed during your checkout process based on the shipping method, product type, weight and location chosen by you.
Upon parcel dispatch you will receive a tracking number, so you can see when to expect delivery of your parcel.
Returns
Our customers are important to us, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped you from buying the item if you had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
All products returned must be complete, in original packaging and as new. The customer must retain proof of purchase and proof of delivery for returned products. Incomplete or incorrect information may delay or cause your return to be rejected.
If you need to return an item, please contact us via email with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
Lifetime Warranty
We are big believers in quality over quantity. One of our goals at Yudu is to design and make pieces that will stand the test of time. We want you to enjoy your Yudu pieces for as long as possible.
That is why we are proud to offer our customers a free lifetime repair warranty.
If a part of the construction of a product eventually fails, send it back to us to repair free of charge. Damage from misuse and general wear and tear to the leather or edges are not covered but all construction workmanship is. If in doubt get in touch, we would love to hear from you!
