WHO ARE WE:
Australian Elements Tours and Charters is a small family owned company, owned by David and Julie Moss.
David has been involved in tourism in Australia for over 17 years having previously worked as a guide and then within Operations Management with national and international tour companies.
After redundancy in the last tourism downturn, David set up Ops Assist Australia Pty Ltd in response to calls for support from a variety of tour companies needing operational assistance in SA. Australian Elements Tours and Charters came about after those requests for support started to include helping people see our beloved SA.
With such a diverse travel background behind David (including independent travel trips to Everest Base Camp), passion for SA brought David home... and showing people ‘home’ is what he enjoys the most.

WHAT WE DO:
Just as our name suggests, Australian Elements Tours and Charters provides a range of tour and charter services to meet your needs.
Our charter services range from custom wine tours, pre/post wedding activities through to concert or houseboat transfers to name just a few, but we are open to working with you to help organise your special event.
We also partner with event specialists to support the Corporate sector. Whether you want to get people to a seminar or conference, organise a retreat or team building experience or simply head out for a fun day out with your social club, we can work with you to make it a stress-free exercise.
With our tours in mind, we head North, South, East and West and have experience in operating tours from camping through to hotel accommodated trips with a variety of experiences…the choice is literally down to you.

We here at Australian Elements Tours and Charters want to make sure that, whatever you want to do or wherever you want to go, you have the best possible experience.
With nearly 20 years in the industry, including outback and metropolitan tour guiding, experience with wine tours and tourism-based operational management you can be assured the team at Australian Elements Tours & Charters know what we need to do to make sure things run smoothly and ensure you enjoy a relaxing experience with us.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our customers are important to us, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are not
required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, however, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped you from buying the item if you had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for and cannot be easily fixed.
All products returned must be complete, in original packaging and as new. The customer must retain proof of purchase and proof of delivery for returned products. Incomplete or incorrect information may delay or cause your return to be rejected.
If you need to return an item, please contact us via email with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
GIFT CARDS
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issuance. Cost of shipping is not included. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. They may not be sold or transferred and cannot be
redeemed to purchase gift cards. The terms and conditions of this gift card may be amended at any time at the
discretion of Australian Elements Tours and Charters and shall be binding on the customer. No replacement for lost or stolen gift vouchers.
