SO WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?
As a Health, Fitness and Nutrition ambassador I am extremely conscious of what goes into my body and into the goods I produce.
I do my best to balance out the nutritional values of RAW Earth's products, not to 'overload' with dates, nuts, oils, and natural sweeteners, without compromising on flavour. I also provide the option to choose your own sweetener and do my best to cover all dietary requirements.
We are a small business based in Port Adelaide offering guilt Free Slices, cakes, protein balls and nutritious baked goods house made with love. RAW Earth specialize in creating quality goods with only the best organic ingredients. All products are free from dairy, gluten, artificial additives and refined sugars, vegan and available, paleo, nut free etc. whatever you need we have it covered.
You don't need to compromise in taste or quality when searching for the healthier alternative.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our customers are important to us, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, however, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped you from buying the item if you had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the description or order placed
- does not offer what we said it would, or what you asked for and cannot be easily fixed.
All products returned must be complete, in original packaging and as new. The customer must retain proof of purchase and proof of delivery for returned products. Incomplete or incorrect information may delay or cause your return to be rejected.
If you need to return an item, please contact us via email with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
ORDER PICK-UP & DELIVERY
Orders are able to be collected on Friday's between 12:00pm - 4:00pm. You can contact Raw Earth Desserts to organise a collection time outside of these hours, if required.
Order deliveries are on Friday's between 8:00am - 4:00pm, you will be provided with an eta on order confirmation. If you require a certain delivery timeframe you can add a comment in your order.
If you require delivery on a different day (other then Friday) we have alternative freight options however this comes with an extra cost, you will need to contact us directly for a delivery rate.
GIFT CARDS
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issuance. Cost of shipping is not included. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. They may not be sold or transferred and cannot be redeemed to purchase gift cards. The terms and conditions of this gift card may be amended at any time at the discretion of Raw Earth Desserts and shall be binding on the customer. No replacement for lost or stolen gift vouchers.
