KIN combines the widely recognised and progressive methods of three world-renowned Port Lincoln fisheries - Blaslov Fishing Company, Dinko Tuna Farmers and Stehr Group - with new ways of thinking.
From humble beginnings, these families have created an industry that is intrinsically linked to the Port Lincoln community, and the broader Australian Fishing Industry. They are one of the most sustainable tuna farming industries across the globe, with their processes recognised by science and industry alike.
So it’s no surprise that this proven approach resulted in a taste and quality that has been extolled by the luxury Japanese market for decades. It has created the single most valuable sector of South Australia’s aquaculture industry.

Port Lincoln’s Southern Bluefin Tuna industry doesn’t just follow global guidelines on tuna stock sustainability and production – it created what is now widely recognised as worlds-best practice.
So at a time when many fish stocks are dwindling in other markets, the Southern Bluefin Tuna Industry is in a healthy state. And none more so than those captured and matured in Port Lincoln’s pristine environment, which is closely governed by a strict internationally agreed quota system to ensure the future of the industry.
Respecting the fish:
KIN aims to respect the entire fish, and aims to utilise as much of its body as possible so nothing is wasted. The flesh of the fish is carefully butchered to ensure maximum usage and ultra-quality cuts suitable for both home cook and high end chef; organs such as the heart are cured to create a luxury treat often used in Spanish cuisine, broth is created from the bones and investigation is now underway to utilise the tuna skin.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Our customers are important to us, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, however, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped you from buying the item if you had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for and cannot be easily fixed.
The customer must retain proof of purchase and proof of delivery for returned products. Incomplete or incorrect information may delay or cause your return to be rejected. If you need to return an item, please contact us via email with your order number and photographs and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.

Orders will be prepared for collection within one business day providing all items are in stock. Orders will be available for collection from the KIN Burnside Village store located at Store 60/447 Portrush Road, Glenside SA 5065. Once the KIN product has been paid for, the Click & Collect orders are provided free of charge. You will receive an update via email with a time and date for the collection of your order.
GIFT CARDS:
Gift vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of issuance. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. They may not be sold or transferred and cannot be redeemed to purchase gift cards. The terms and conditions of this gift card may be amended at any time at the discretion of KIN Premium Australian Seafood and shall be binding on the customer. No replacement for lost or stolen gift vouchers.
