This Clearance Collection was formed after Annie closed the last of her retail stores.
Annie has successfully supplied an eclectic range of Jewellery, gifts and homewares for many years in and around the Adelaide Hills and trendy beachside suburbs.
Partnering with Shop Local SA has given us the perfect online platform to offer surplus stock at discounted retail prices, perfect for the savvy shopper to find a bargain.
DELIVERY:
We offer free postage with tracking for all South Australian. Interstate orders will be charged a flat $10 Postage and Handling Fee
Free pick up is available from our Glenelg store during our regular trading hours
RETURN POLICY:
At Lippy and More we appreciate it’s not always easy buying online and understand that you may want to return an item. Therefore we are able to offer you a refund or credit note for returned items that meet our return conditions below.
Return Conditions
- We are unable to accept returns without prior notification.
- Please email us ([email protected] ) within 7 days of receiving your order with details of Items you wish to return. We will then provide you with return delivery address details.
- Items must be received back to us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be returned in original saleable condition.
- Items must have any swing tags or labelling still attached.
- Items must be returned in original packaging.
- We are unable to refund items that have been used or worn or that smell of perfume or smoke or that are damaged.
- Due to health regulations we are unable to accept for return earrings including clip Ons, studs and shepherd hook.
Please note that financial responsibility for a return is yours.
We highly recommend you use registered traceable postage as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during transit and are unable to refund items that may have been posted back but not received by us or that are received damaged. Delivery charges are not refundable.
Once your returned items are received back and we have approved your return we will offer you a refund or credit voucher. Refunds will be issued back to the same payment method as your order was placed.
Please allow seven days for your return to be processed, we will notify you by email once it has been completed.
