Old Coach Road Estate provides luxurious, 4.5 star accredited and environmentally friendly, self-contained accommodation for up to 8 guests on a secluded 200 acre property on the Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia, just an hour south of Adelaide.
Stunning views, a beautiful open fireplace and local stone walls feature in this gorgeous villa. The diversity of Australian wildlife and flora is remarkable, especially in the Heritage stringy-bark forest. On-site activities include cooking classes, yoga lessons, astronomy experiences and naturalist-guided walks.

Booking Terms & Conditions
- All areas both inside and outside of the villa are strictly non-smoking
- SA fire restrictions must be followed at all times. See cfs.sa.gov.au for more information
- A two night minimum stay applies to all bookings, with longer minimum stays over long weekends and holiday periods.
- Prior authorisation required for all people entering the property
- OCRE is unsuitable for children under the age of 12 years
- No parties allowed and a maximum of 8 people at any one time on the property
- OCRE is unsuitable for pets but assistance dogs are allowed by prior arrangement
- The villa must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning will attract additional charge
- Check-in time is from 3:00pm
- Check-out time is by 11:00am
- Please contact Angela on 04 6669 5311 to arrange for your key collection for check-in (lock-box available)
- OCRE is ideal for 6 guests with its 3 king bedrooms. However a maximum of 8 guests is possible with 2 people sharing the double sofa bed. Bedrooms 2 & 3 can be set up as 2 singles if required by prior arrangement at least 48 hours prior to arrival
- You acknowledge that your stay at OCRE is unsupervised and that there are inherent risks in bushwalking and being in close contact with native and farm animals. Your stay and your guests' stay at OCRE is at your and their own risk
- OCRE disclaims all liability for any loss or damage suffered while staying at the property
- No "schoolies" bookings are allowed
- OCRE is self-catering accommodation and does not include a daily housekeeping service
- Twice-weekly servicing can be arranged for long stays
- External security CCTV cameras are on site
- Use of the external fireplace is only allowed with prior discussion and agreement by the OCRE Manager
Payments
- Payment of 100% is required at booking. Should alternate requirements be required, please contact us
- Additional charges will be applied if there is damage to the house or if extra cleaning is required. Such costs will be charged within 30 days of your stay and you will be made aware of these charges via email
- Cancellations for government enforced travel restrictions due to COVD-19, or natural disaster will be in full minus $100 for administration costs
- Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal or Electronic Funds Transfer
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, but only if the check-in date is at least 14 days away
- Full refund (minus $100 admin fee) at anytime prior to check-in for cancellations due to government enforced COVID related restrictions
- 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to check-in
- No refunds for cancellations made within 6 days of check-in except in the following circumstances
- Cancellations for government enforced travel restrictions due to COVID-19, or natural disaster will be in full minus $100 for administration costs.
