INGREDIENTS
Organic Raspberry Leaf, Organic Red Clover, Organic Rosehips, Organic Hibiscus, Organic Strawberry, Organic Elderberry & Organic Bilberry pieces
Hot tea - 2 generous tsp per cup / Brew at 100C for 3-5 minutes / Drink Plain / Caffeine free
Iced tea - 2 generous tsp per cup / Brew in cold water in the fridge overnight
Drink plain or add a dash of sparkling mineral H2O or soda to create a refreshing tea spritzer. Drink plain or add fresh passionfruit, strawberries and mint. Garnish with preferred fruits, herbs and petals. Caffeine Free.
