Our biodynamic farms’ own pomegranates picked in autumn are hand squeezed, extracting all the goodness of these superfoods. This concentrated deep purple juice we then boil down over our wood stove, add lemon juice and sugar to create a thick molasses. There’s many uses to liven up your creations. Pouring consistency; so it’s ideal to drizzle over ice cream, into cocktail’s, garnished onto roast meats or enjoyed as is with soda water!
