There's the authentic Green Tomato sauce made from our farms biodynamic tomatoes and spiced up with an array of spices and fresh herbs. A Tomato Pasta sauce increases the versatility of this trio with its richer and smoother tomato flavour which can be used to flavour anything; especially a great sole base for pasta. The plum jam sweetens up this hamper as nothing is better than homemade jam on scones, used in baking or on warm toast. The old wood-fired stove is fired up to cook the sauces and jams on the stovetop for several hours, following the recipes my mother mastered over many years of experimentation in the kitchen. Our dried fruits are created from delicious fresh fruits we grow here on our biodynamic orchard. Hand-picked when ripe, the fruits are sliced by hand and dried in the summer sun or in our Solar Dehydrator.
