Certified Biodynamic summer stone fruits grown on Taralee Orchards are picked fresh by hand, sliced and sun dried in the summer. The varieties of fruits included vary during the season and are likely to include peaches, plums, apricots and nectarines. A light sulfuring of the sliced fruit ensures the high quality dried fruits flavour and appearance is preserved while extending the storage capability. Sold in 200g bags or in larger quantities through bulk sales.
