This workshop experience is a labour of love – the process will start the night before as you separate your yoghurt to create 2 products from one. Guided by videos in your own Korinya Farm Gate Workshop portal and with instructions from your workshop box, you will turn your strained whey into gorgeous feta and the labneh into a stunning natural cheesecake dessert. The only question is, will your feta make it into a pie, a salad, or be so tempting that it may not even make it past the end of the cooking experience!
