New Release! Our first-ever NV Sparkling Roussanne is a bright, crisp and clean, easy-drinking drop made from 100% Roussanne grapes grown on our property. With aromas of lemon curd, cashew and nashi pears, these bubbles loudly shout “weddings, parties, anything” celebratory. With a beautiful fine bead followed by hints of white peach, mineral and biscuit crumbs, this will become your "go to" Cuvee.
Suggested food pairings range from oysters natural, white fish, crayfish sandwiches or smoked salmon with poached eggs, avocado and hollandaise sauce, right through to desserts – think pavlova, lemon tart or fruit salad. Suitable for weddings, parties or any celebration at any time, or on its own because you can!
