SOIL: Ancient sandy loam soil. Low fertility.
RAINFALL: 450-550 mm mostly between May to October
BOUQUET: Dark morello cherry and spice.
PALATE: Our Zinfandel is crafted to enhance the rich, dark morello cherry and ripe raspberry fruits, with a combination of new American and new French oak, finishing with a silky tannin finish. Rewarding in flavour my wine has complexity and elegance.
