Kies Family Wines were this month awarded a Silver Medal in the SA Tourism Awards up against some of the industry's giants. The cellar door is landlocked by internationally owned wineries and remains one of the last cellar doors in Lyndoch with generational German heritage.
The Kies family have been growing grapes in the Barossa Valley since the 1860's and the depth and quality of their wine range reflects this knowledge. All wines are single-vineyard and Estate grown, by 5th and 6th generation Kies family members.
