A blend of Barossa favorite varieties, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon & Cab Franc. A bountiful palate of red & black berries. Silky tannins, from integrated black forest fruits, 18 months french oak maturation. Old vines, single vineyards.
Inoculated immediately after destemming. Fermentation for 10-14 days at 26-28oC
Levrier purchased grower fruit from 45 year old vines Cabernet franc vines, 45 year old dry grown Merlot vines and 20 year old Cabernet Sauvignon vines. Wine is 6 months bottle aged before release.
