Double pot distilled in copper pot stills, using the finest Australian malted barley, and matured locally in a harmonious blend of ex-Bourbon oak casks from Kentucky’s esteemed Heaven Hill Distillery, complemented by a finishing period in Australia’s premier Apera and Tawny casks. The result is a whisky of exceptional depth and complexity, that truly captures the spirit of Australia.
