Little Juniper Signature Gin is a bold, flavourful gin. With 21 organic and carefully balanced botanicals, we have created a modern London Dry style gin. A hefty mix of juniper is rounded out and accompanied by herbs, florals, and fruits, with a natural sweetness from a mix of anise, fennel, liquorice root, and locally grown pink peppercorns. These are also accompanied by fruits and florals such as ruby red grapefruit, kaffir lime, and lavender, which blend to give our Signature gin a lively, warm mouth feel.
Using a traditional single-shot process in our copper still, the heavier botanicals are distilled in organic cane base alcohol, while finer fruits and florals are infused into the vapor path. The only thing added after distillation is purified water. You therefore get to enjoy the full flavour of the botanicals.
Our Signature gin can be enjoyed in a variety of different ways, such as in a herbaceous martini, a refreshing gin and tonic, a zesty southside, or a flavour-packed negroni. In the colder months, we even enjoy it on its own or over ice.
Garnishes wise we love a dehydrated or fresh slice of blood orange or ruby red grapefruit with a sprig of rosemary. For a simpler, more floral garnish, a slice of orange and a lavender flower also work well. With 21 botanicals in our signature gin, it offers up many possibilities for garnishes.
Little Juniper Signature is a 42% strength spirit, certified organic, vegan, and gluten-free. No added sugars or flavourings have been used in the production of this spirit; it is 100% natural.
We take pride in searching for the finest, sustainable, and responsibly sourced organic botanicals. This is also carried through to our production and distilling processes where there is no waste at all. Our packaging is also recyclable and sustainably sourced.
