Dinko Southern Bluefin Tuna is super frozen to minus 60 degrees Celsius within hours of harvest, to guarantee culinary excellence. This unique processing ensures the ocean fresh flavour and taste without the need for heavy chemical gases such as CO2 that is commonly used to preserve the fish.
Our natural freezing technology means that you won’t get any nasties … and when you defrost the Bluefin Tuna it tastes as if it was caught fresh today. There is no difference between a piece of fresh tuna and frozen when using our super freezing technology. The colour, texture, firmness and taste all remain the same.
