Brilliantly intense ruby hues precede a tantalising bouquet of strawberries, blackcurrant, ripe plum and black pepper & spice. This Shiraz comes from near the original Case family home, where the oldest patch of vines on the Kimbolton property remains. Aromas of dark plum, coffee and black pepper, it's our take on a classic Barossan Shiraz. The palate is rich and voluptuous, with the classic blue fruits and smooth silky tannins.
This is a classic Barossa blend of Shiraz (75%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (25%) with loads of dark fruit and dried herbs on the nose and has a palate full of soft dark fruits and tight tannins.
Particularly soft and smooth thanks to the warm, dry 2019 season, making it a great drink on its own, but can also pair well with red meat dishes. You don’t have to wait until Friday to drink this wine though!
